The new owners did a fantastic job renovating the bar area and entrance! They also did some really nice work to the menu. The new owners really turned The "old" Cranbury Inn into a new neighborhood historical restaurant with lots of life and even had a trivia night! My Apple Gorgeous Salad was fantastic and the bartender's service matched. If your in the Cranbury, New Jersey; The Cranbury Inn is now worth a stop, not because of the history because of the food and service.

We stopped on the way back from a road trip. The town was lovely and the restaurant was like I was in a time machine. The whole experience was excellent. The friendly simple staff that showed pride, the relaxed ambiance and the food was excellent. Crab cake a 10, salad super fresh and the chicken artichoke with angel hair was excellent. The whole experience was a 5 star, from the conversations with the staff, to the people watching, food and atmosphere.

We recently had a small family get together. Our family was native to Cranbury so we picked the Cranbury Inn. So glad we did. Our table was set beautifully and our waiter quickly brought us ice water on that sweltering day. We were treated to a champagne toast and a bit of history told to us by one of the owners. There was a nice selection of entrees and we all had something different. Everything was superb! The seafood and steaks alike were cooked to perfection, fresh and delicious. After dinner we were welcome to look around the Inn at the history and the impressive new addition for large gatherings. Truly an enjoyable evening to remember.
